Martine de Voort Intervision Martine de Voort has been a lawyer, mediator and coach since 1995. She studied law at the University of Leiden and followed the three-year post-graduate professional communication course at Phoenix courses in Utrecht, a behavioral expert and coach in profound development processes at both a personal and organizational / professional level. In addition to her work as a lawyer, mediator and coach, she is a moderator for intervision at the ‘Nederlandse Orde van Advocaten’, a teacher at the professional education of the ‘Nederlandse Orde van Advocaten’ and a teacher at the SSR (training and study center for the judiciary). She is also (vice) chair, lawyer, of the Complaints Committee for Clients GGZ WNB and Psychotherapeutic Center De Viersprong and secretary of the Board of Appeal of the Disciplinary Law Divorce Mediation Foundation of the vFAS. At IJSBREKERS Martine regularly supervises intervision groups in the context of the mandatory intervision within the legal practice. Martine offers expert substantive guidance and can work methodically and analytically as a lawyer and mediator.
